You will be supporting the ongoing growth of the Fibrus team across NI. Working with our hiring managers, you’ll work tirelessly to attract, hire and welcome the brightest and best talent into our business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Overseeing the resourcing lifecycle
- Continuous review of hiring demand and hiring budgets
- Ensuring an exceptional Fibrus candidate experience
- Compose job specifications for all roles
- Actively drive direct recruitment, identifying key talent
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Welcome new candidates, with regular engagement throughout the notice period

Fibrus are an exciting new telecommunications provider, founded and launched by Conal Henry (Chair) and Dominic Kearns (CEO) by securing backing from Infracapital with the single focus of being a “Full-Fibre” broadband company.
You would be joining a team of dedicated and passionate people who work super hard every day to improve the lives of those in our own communities by transforming the digital infrastructure of Northern Ireland!
