THE JOB

Due to our sustained growth we are looking for a number of sales-driven professionals to join our team to aid our sales operation and progress within the company.

We’re looking for passionate, driven sales advisors to be the first point of contact for our ‘customers to be’ at Fibrus. You will be using your expert communication skills to understand the needs of the customer.

As a telephone based Sales Advisor you will deal with warm inbound enquiries from homeowners and small businesses enquiring about Fibrus Hyperfast Fibre broadband and ancillary products.

Comprehensive training is provided and will equip you with the information and skills you will need to succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Helping customers to make the move to Fibrus
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently & effectively using Fibrus ordering system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are fully updated with order / installation progress
  • Work closely with other members of the Fibrus Team
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards
  • Meeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistently
  • Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Have demonstrable telephone-based sales experience/sales experience.
  • Present a willingness to learn.
  • Confident on systems
  • Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious.
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent /confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers.
  • Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment.
  • Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player

Fibrus are an exciting new telecommunications provider, founded and launched by Conal Henry (Chair) and Dominic Kearns (CEO) by securing backing from Infracapital with the single focus of being a “Full-Fibre” broadband company.

You would be joining a team of dedicated and passionate people who work super hard every day to improve the lives of those in our own communities by transforming the local digital infrastructure, starting in Northern Ireland, but we are very excited to be expanding our reach to the North of England as well!

Our mission is to bring full fibre to homes and businesses across the country, bringing next generation broadband services to those who need it most.
