The Fibrus marketing team have an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Administrator. This is a fantastic newly created role, suited to a graduate or those seeking an opportunity to start their marketing career. This role is suited to someone who has experience working in a fast paced, delivery orientated environment. Primarily, this role will support the marketing management team as they build and coordinate the creation of Marketing plans and strategies. We promise no two days will be the same!!

  • Responsible for maintaining a calendar of activity across our social media channels including content writing and imagery
  • Support the PR function by coordinating internal and external photoshoots, including the drafting of briefs and liaising with photographers
  • Support our community outreach activity including sponsorships and local events, travelling across NI or GB as required
  • Support the marketing function with ad-hoc requests, including content support, logo requests, company descriptions, advertising and other marketing assets as required
  • Responding on a daily basis to online enquiries
  • Produce new literature alongside our Graphic Designer for brochures, flyers, company newsletters and internal communications
  • Update website content as required
  • Assist in developing email campaigns
  • Assist in producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Log administrative spend on marketing budget
  • Any other duties required to support the team


  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate some administrative experience, ideally within a marketing environment or be a marketing graduate (or equivalent)
  • Positive can do attitude, able to work under pressure with an openness to flex within the needs of the team
  • Experience of using social media platforms to market an organisation, event or product
  • First-class organisational, IT and administrative skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Confidence to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders as required
  • A driving licence is essential as is the ability to travel across Northern Ireland and potentially England as required for the role (eg. photo shoots, PR events, stakeholder engagement events)
