As a NOC Technician in Fibrus you will support the roll out of some of the most exciting projects in the telecoms industry to date! You will be involved in supporting our FTTP deployments across Northern Ireland, the role will be actively supporting Installations as well as troubleshooting end user technical faults.
This role will require shift and on-call work.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Using a ticket-based system to help our customers resolve technical issues
- Working with other areas of the business, to ensure the smooth setup and installation of our customers to the network
- Gaining training and accreditations in Juniper with the opportunity down the line for progression to a Network Engineer role
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
- You will likely have a background in IT Support with experience in ticket and fault management
- You will have a solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (IPv4, IPv6, VLANs)
- You will be comfortable with wi-fi protocols
- Experience of GPON would be beneficial, but if you don’t, we will work with you on this!
