Fibrus have partnered with 4c Executive in the search for this newly created role within our Senior Leadership Team.

4c is representing Fibrus, an innovative company who is leading the development of key infrastructure across the country, bringing next generation broadband services to those who need it most.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

With many bold plans in place, Fibrus is seeking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer who will be responsible for the strategic leadership of all revenue generation processes across the company. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in the creation of future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams from retail, business, and wholesale customers.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong senior leadership background in sales and marketing, brand management and/or product/commercial development role
  • Demonstrable experience of driving profitable revenue expansion and growth coupled with significant P&L management experience
  • Experience of building and leading a successful sales and marketing team along with developing new systems and process, to deliver business growth targets and KPIs.
  • A deep knowledge and demonstrable experience of effective B2C go-to-market strategies, multichannel marketing, and the latest trends in digital marketing.
  • Experience of influencing and engagement with senior stakeholders at C-Suite level, including business owners and/or senior public figures in government or public sector services in order to develop and grow the business.
