JOB TITLE: Fleet & Facilities Coordinator              

JOB LOCATION: Dargan Crescent (BT3 9JP) – working a mix of home and office (circa 3 days in the office) Hybrid (min 3/2)

TERMS: Permanent; UK right to work required; full UK driving licence

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Work closely with the Fleet, Facilities & Office Manager in relation to the administration of fleet and facilities
  • Maintain and track fleet & facilities management records, liaise with Health & Safety and the People & Culture departments where appropriate
  • Act as a key contact between drivers, the fleet/rental companies, garages etc.
  • Track building maintenance issues and arrange resolution as required
  • Carry out building inspections including fire and safety checks
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are fully functioning, engaging with other departments as necessary
  • Welcome visitors, receive deliveries and notify staff as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate and assist with diary/meeting room bookings and event set-up
  • Ensure office supplies are fully stocked
  • Ensuring grounds (eg. car parks) are maintained and carry out ad hoc DIY tasks where possible
  • Driving duties including moving company vehicles between various locations or for valeting/servicing
  • Provide assistance to other Fibrus departments as required

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Excellent administration skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Strong people skills with a helpful attitude towards solving problems
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience of working in a busy team
  • You are a flexible and adaptable person
  • It’s essential you have a UK driving licence, own car preferred
  • Above all, you’ll be enthusiastic and love what you do and have a genuine desire to make Fibrus great for our people
