THE JOB

This role is for someone who is looking to make a real investment in their career. Working directly alongside the billing team. They will be required to work independently running collections payments, resolving non-payment issues and other administrative requirements. The post provides an opportunity for a self-starter to contribute to a new company and expand their knowledge as we grow and implement new systems. 

  • Manage a customer ledger and agreed resolution to accounts issues.
  • With limited supervision, work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities to meet agreed objectives.
  • Consider the impact of recommendations when making decisions or resolving problems
  • Processing financial transactions accurately
  • Direct debit set ups & processes
  • Resolve non-payment issues
  • Conduct follow ups

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Experience working within a billing and collections department/finance or a desire to
  • Proven experience in dealing with customer account queries.
  • Excellent Customer Service and negotiation skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to adapt to new systems
  • Structured and organised
  • Organisational skills and the ability at any stage to manage changing priorities within tight deadlines while ensuring quality output and delivery of results
  • Adaptive; positively responds to changes in deadlines and processes
  • Good Communication skills, comfortable communicating across all levels
  • Confident; can assert yourself in a professional and amenable manner

Fibrus are an exciting new telecommunications provider, founded and launched by Conal Henry (Chair) and Dominic Kearns (CEO) by securing backing from Infracapital with the single focus of being a “Full-Fibre” broadband company.

You would be joining a team of dedicated and passionate people who work super hard every day to improve the lives of those in our own communities by transforming the local digital infrastructure, starting in Northern Ireland, but we are very excited to be expanding our reach to the North of England as well!

Our mission is to bring full fibre to homes and businesses across the country, bringing next generation broadband services to those who need it most.
