After 2 and a half years in customer service, Tammy took leap to on-boarding and recruitment within Capita. She spent almost 3 years there and found her love for recruitment so when the opportunity to join Fibrus arose, she jumped at it. Tammy came to Fibrus as a Recruitment Administrator and within 10 months was promoted to Senior Associate, Recruitment.
