Meet the Team

Matt’s HR career began in 2018 when he completed a placement as part of his HR Management degree, achieving CIPD level 5 as part of his studies. This opportunity gave him exposure to the different disciplines within HR, but immediately identified a key passion for recruitment. He has worked across various sectors including construction, further education & now telecoms. Since making the move to Fibrus, Matt has progressed from an Associate in People & Culture to a Recruitment Specialist.
