Meet the Team

Lucy brings 8 years' recruitment experience covering people management, projects/campaigns, and day to day recruitment across a broad range of industries such as HR, IT, Legal, Telecoms, Insurance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. She is experienced with building entry level apprenticeship campaigns, delivering training through to managing executive recruitment. Lucy is passionate about early careers and has experience working for Training providers. She currently lives and is originally from the ‘sunny’ Northeast England, but recruits across Fibrus, covering all areas and levels.
