Emma Wilson
Head of Recruitment
Emma is Head of Recruitment within Fibrus and is passionate about working with the team to attract the very best talent to Fibrus. With over 20 years’ experience within the world of recruitment and pre-employment screening, Emma started her career within recruitment agencies before moving into an RPO environment, supporting part of the RBS Group and latterly, one of London’s largest NHS trusts. Emma joined Fibrus in August 2021 and is driven to continue to ensure a fantastic candidate journey for all individuals who show an interest in joining the Fibrus family.
